How to Join

Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of the Raven Co-op Family, where we redefine the security industry with our unique approach. We are not just another security company, but a closely-knit family of highly skilled security officers who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and taking immense pride in our work. Our foundation draws inspiration from the structure of the military, the camaraderie of first responders, and the intrigue of secret societies.

While we don't operate as a security company, we have established valuable partnerships with numerous reputable security companies. These partnerships allow us to connect our family members with diverse contract opportunities at pay rates that have been pre-approved by our co-op.

To join our esteemed family, please follow these steps: ($0.00 to join, open to the public. There is an equity investment of $100, with a monthly membership dues of $10.48 to participate)

  • 1. Referral: A referral is essential to introduce you to our community and ensure that we maintain the trust and cohesion within our family. You must be referred by an existing Raven Co-op member who can vouch for your skills, dedication, and character.
  • 2. Vetting Process: We uphold high standards of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to excellence. As part of the vetting process, all candidates undergo a comprehensive evaluation to ensure that they align with the values and principles of the Raven Co-op Family.
  • 3. Security License: While a specific security license is not currently mandatory for enrollment, possessing a Level 2 or higher Security License can enhance your opportunities within our network and showcase your dedication to the field.
  • 4. Internships: If you don't currently hold a Level 2 License, we offer internships that provide valuable experience and help you work towards obtaining the necessary licensure. These internships allow you to learn from seasoned professionals within our co-op and further develop your skills.
  • 5. Open Enrollment: For individuals without a referral, we offer an open enrollment option. Candidates who choose this route will undergo a mandatory six-month probationary period, during which they have the opportunity to demonstrate their dedication, skills, and commitment to the Raven Co-op Family.

If you received a card with a number on it, please enter that number during this process. Once this step is completed, you will receive an email to be directed to Raven University, our exclusive platform where you can enroll as a student. During this initial stage, you will have limited access until you successfully complete the vetting process and receive an official invitation. Our introductory course, offered through Raven University, will provide you with comprehensive information about the benefits of co-op ownership and the expectations of being part of the Raven Family.
